Invia virtuti nulla est via
I write about bodies, shame, and freedom as they actually exist in real life: messy, vulnerable, complicated, and still worthy of being seen.
EveryBodyNudity is for anyone who is tired of hiding and ready to live a little more honestly in their own skin.
Why I Created EveryBodyNudity
I created EveryBodyNudity because shame has a way of following people quietly.
It shows up in mirrors, clothing sizes, family comments, old memories, awkward rooms, doctor’s offices, beaches, bedrooms, and anywhere the body is expected to apologize for being human.
I write for the people who are tired of shrinking.
The people who have spent years being told their bodies were too much, not enough, too visible, too different, too old, too fat, too dark, too soft, too scarred, too honest, or too complicated to be accepted as they are.
What I Create
Here, I write essays, stories, reflections, and books about the messy human stuff: body shame, naturism, race, gender, aging, vulnerability, fear, desire, grief, courage, and the long, uneven work of becoming more honest in your own skin.
Some days, self-acceptance feels powerful.
Some days, self-acceptance feels like a fight.
I write about both.
EveryBodyNudity is my way of saying: your body is not the enemy.
