Nudist Bill of Rights

Preamble All people deserve the freedom to be themselves, naturally. These rights reflect shared values and promote a culture of respect, consent, safety, and inclusion. This document is universal. It does not name any park or club.

1. Right to Body Freedom

Everyone has the right to enjoy non‑sexual social nudity in a safe and welcoming environment without judgment or shame.

2. Right to Consent and Boundaries

Your body, your choice. Consent is required for touch, proximity, and participation. A yes can become a no at any time and must be respected immediately.

3. Right to Safety

Harassment, leering, stalking, or sexual advances are not tolerated. Hosts will act to protect participants and may remove anyone who jeopardizes safety.

4. Right to Privacy

No photography, video, or recording without the express permission of everyone identifiable. Respect privacy outside events and online. Do not share names, images, or details without consent.

5. Right to Comfort in Clothing or Nudity

Participants may be nude or clothed to their comfort level at any time. Pressure to undress or to remain nude is not acceptable.

6. Right to Inclusion and Non‑Discrimination

All races, genders, orientations, ages, abilities, and body types are welcome. Discrimination, hate speech, or exclusionary behavior is not permitted.

7. Right to Dignity and Respectful Language

Speak and act with kindness. Body shaming, comments on anatomy, or intrusive questions are not acceptable.

8. Right to a Family‑Friendly, Non‑Sexual Environment

Social nudity is non‑sexual. Public sexual behavior is not allowed at events or on shared platforms.

9. Right to Hygiene and Comfort

Use a towel or barrier when sitting. Practice good personal hygiene. Seek shade, warmth, water, or breaks as needed.

10. Right to Accessibility and Accommodation

Ask for reasonable accommodations to participate fully. Hosts will make good faith efforts to support accessibility needs.

11. Right to Information

Participants have access to house rules, consent guidelines, and safety contacts before and during events. Rules are posted in plain language.

12. Right to Speak Up and Be Heard

You can report concerns without retaliation. Hosts will respond promptly and fairly. Repeated or serious violations may result in removal or a ban to protect the community.
