Naked Voices: Read This Before You Post

Where fictional people walk straight into the same loud, shitty comments real people hear about their bodies every day.

I am Sam, and this is Naked Voices.

On the surface, it looks like a forum: usernames, ages, posts, and comment threads about nudity, body image, shame, naturism, and all the complicated feelings that come with living in a body. These are crafted posts and usernames, but the fears and feelings underneath them are very real.

Each voice you meet here is a character. Each story is written to sound like something you could stumble across in a small corner of the internet at midnight. The details are built, but the questions they wrestle with come from real conversations, real harm, and real attempts to heal.

Naked Voices runs as a single long thread. Every post adds another angle: religion and modesty, fatphobia and medicine, race and visibility, consent, trauma, desire, embarrassment, and the quiet terror of taking your clothes off in front of anyone. You’ll see me step in as moderator at the top of each post, and you’ll see the “community” respond in the comments.

We don’t do cruelty here. Disagreement is fine. Dehumanizing people is not.

There are no perfect bodies here and no tidy arcs. Just people trying to figure out whether they’re allowed to exist in their own skin without apology.

You do not have to be a nudist to read this series. You do not have to agree with everyone here. All I ask is that you read with curiosity and notice where you feel seen, uncomfortable, defensive, or suddenly less alone.

Naked Voices lives on EveryBodyNudity because it shares the same heartbeat: honesty, vulnerability, discomfort, identity, and the stubborn belief that our stories about our bodies deserve to be told.

If you’re new, start at Post 1 and move forward in order. Let the stories build. Watch how the replies shape people over time. If you recognize yourself in any of these voices, use that as information.

This is not a manual or a set of rules. It’s a conversation.

Welcome in. Read gently. Take what you need and leave the rest.
